The expanding division and polarization within the United States is not simply a difference between Republicans & Democrats, Conservatives & Liberals, Blues States & Red States, and Capitalists & Socialists, etc. It is currently an un-resolvable difference of opinion as to the authority and direction of our federal government. The states can amend the Constitution to accommodate the differences by establishing two new countries divided along ideological lines.

A Constitutional Convention to be called by two-thirds of the legislatures of the States, and for that Convention to propose one or more amendments. Section 1, The United States shall be entirely replaced with two new sovereign states. One being formed from red states & One from blue states – see cover
Section 2, The two new sovereign states shall each adopt the current United States Constitution in its entirety including all amendments and precedents.
Section 3, No state or federal laws or precedents shall be changed by this amendment and will be in effect after the adoption of this amendment. In the future, the new Red Country and the new Blue Country shall, as sovereign countries, modify, interpret, and amend their respective laws, regulations and constitutions as authorized under their constitutions.
