Bob and Religion

One of the greatest freedoms guaranteed by our Constitution is the freedom of religion for all citizens. The Constitution specifically provided that the federal government may not establish a national religion and may not interfere with free observance or expression of religion.
Bob believes that there are three focal points for religious activities:
1. Every citizen is free to observe and evangelize their religious beliefs as long as no force or coercion is used against any other citizen(s). This freedom also applies to citizens that do not believe in any religion.
2. The federal government may not promote, discourage, finance or make any legislation restricting the freedom of religion.
3. Religious freedom does not grant permission for sedition, subversion, treason or other forceful actions against federal, state or local governments.
